Introduction.

I'm Kyleigh Rebholtz. I'm fifteen years old. I have three siblings, one brother and two sisters. I'm the youngest out of the four. I live with my mom. I love piercings. I picked food because I love to eat, and try new things. My favorite food is noodles. I love Chianti Grill. I always get spaghetti, and a salad. I always try my mom's food but spaghetti is always better. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, they are good and good for you. My favorites are strawberries because they are so juicy. And grapes, green ones. Also apples but only kind of sour ones. For vegetables I like carrots and broccli. I love food and that's why I picked it as my topic.

First is Artery Crust because it has 1,040 calories, 22 grams of saturated fat and 1,600 mg of sodium. Second is Triple Bypass which is Homemade Lasagna, Lightly Breaded Chicken Parmigiana, and Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo all together. Has over daily amounts of calories and sodium.
Third is Campbell's chicken noodle soup, has half a day of sodium. Fourth, Tortilla Terror which is tortilla, rice, pinto beans, cheese, chicken, sour cream, and salsa. It has 970 calories. Fifth is Factory Reject which is cheesecake,has 1,760 calories and 2½ days’ worth of saturated fat. Sixth is Burial Grands which is cinnamon rolls. Seventh is Transgression which is butter and ism't heathly like the box claims to be.

Eighth is Starbucks, has 580 calories and 15 grams of saturated fat. Ninth is Häagen-Dazs ice cream, it has 300 calories if you can stop at a petite half-cup. Lastly is chocolate ice cream, milk, and fudge syrup from cold stone, it has 1,250 calories.

Best foods.

 Best foods: 1- Sweet potatoes.
                      2- Mangoes.
                      3- Unsweetened  Greek yogurt.
                      4- Broccoli.
                      5- Wild Salmon.
                      6- Crispbread.
                      7- Garbanzo Beans.
                      8- Watermelon.
                      9- Butternut squash.
                     10- Leafy greens.

Top ten best foods, first sweet potatoes, they are one of the best vegetables you can eat. Second is mangoes, one cup of mangoes are 100% of daily vitamin C, one third of vitamin A.
Third is unsweetened  Greek yogurt, non fat and has fruits. Fourth is broccoli because it has vitamin C, carotenoids, vitamin K and folic acid. Fifth is wild salmon, for the omega 3's. Sixth is crispbread because they are loaded with fiber and are usual non fat. Seventh is garbanzo beans, rich in protein, fiber, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Eighth is watermelon because it has a lot of nutrition. 


Ninth is butternut squash because it has vitamin A, C and fiber. Last is leafy greens because it has vitamins A, C, and K, folate, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, lutein, and fiber.
